The entire process from the time of initial inquiry and contact with Mike to the installation, configuration by Camden and Sean and post installation communication with Samm have been smooth and professional. This company is a real class act. They were professional, courteous and responsive throughout. The whole process took 13 months from contract to switching on the panels. There's always lots of back and forth when it comes to red tape and bureaucracy and this was no different. I only wished they did provide more updates as I was getting worried for not knowing how long these things typically take In the end, the panels look great, and it's fun to see my meter going backwards. 9/10
