Stopped by for a tour a few days ago. Unfortunately transferring sooner than I thought due to my program acceptance so I won’t be able to stay here. I 100 percent recommend this place to any student looking in the bcs area. The property is beautiful and met my needs. The leasing agent did a great job on my tour and was very knowledgeable and able to answer any question or doubt I had.

Its hard to find an apartment complex that meets all my needs but Lark has been pretty great! The staff is super friendly and very helpful when I need anything. They offer lots of amenities including great study spaces. I love living at Lark and highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment!
