I realized they knocked a piece of wood of my staircase and they never said anything. Someone just put the broken piece on the floor in a bedroom. They also had me moving all of my small items myself. I was on the 2nd level and it was 80 degrees that day. I have Sickle cell anemia and asthma. If I'd known I would be moving my small items by myself I would've went with a different company. The movers also charged me more money than the price I was quoted over the phone. I wouldn't recommend them at all!

  Good question! I realized they knocked a piece of wood of my staircase and they never said anything. Someone just put the broken piece on the floor in a bedroom.   They will pay you a percentage going on the lbs of it & how long you've had.... just went thru this with them not long ago. Ps they are NOT professional AT ALL!!!!
