  We've been working with RCH for building our custom dream home for the last 12 months.They have been wonderful partners and have become close friends through the process. The whole process of building a custom home is a long emotional roller coaster. RCH has done a wonderful job in navigating the amiguities, recommending options to us and helping us make the right decisions along the way without feeling overwhelmed by the process. We are looking forward to our home being completed later this year. I would recommend RCH for anyone looking to go through this journey. You will come out with new friends on the other end of this journey.

  Rainier Custom Homes was our first choice when my wife and I had to do a recent extensive home renovation. They were our first choice because we used them 10 years ago to remodel our first home. We were delighted with their work then and even more so now. They have quality sub-contractors and are able to get professional work scheduled and completed quickly. The knowledge of their team is extensive and it really was helpful during the design, work integration and scheduling. We really appreciated their frequent communications throughout the process and drive to resolve problems. If we ever have a 3rd renovation we'll call RCH again!

  I have never worked with a company that was so transparent with all information. Rainier Custom Homes and it's employees helped me with every aspect of my project. I know little to nothing about remodeling little alone a complete tear down rebuild. They were informative from my first phone call and never ghosted me through the whole project. Courteous, great work ethics and a amazing eye for detail gave me peace of mind I didn't expect to have during this prosses. They took care of everything and I was updated weekly. Thank you for making this an amazing experience.

  I am just finishing up what II believe is my 6th remodel project with Rainier Construction over the past 20 years or so. They have always been great to do business with and i have been happy with every project. Their process has improved and been refined over the years. This project has a pre-construction phase and manager and then a hand-off to the project manager for the construction phase. This worked really well. Nevin and Mike are both strong communicators and met regularly, asked thorough questions, and provided patient education as needed. Remodels aren’t fun (especially if you are living in the midst of it); but they can be worth it and the team at Rainier Custom Homes goes above and beyond to make sure that it is and that the customer is happy. I love my new space!
