  Mike and Noble with Drain Express did a fantastic job for us after our water heater broke and leaked all over our floors! Mike, being the main guy, is super professional, and he also explains his process thoroughly, listens well, and answers all your questions with patience and deep knowledge. He had our new water heater installed and working super quickly, while another company is working on cleaning up the water damage. Drain Express is now our go-to plumber, and we really appreciated getting to know Mike and Noble. If you have ever had a bad experience with this type of work before - I highly recommend them.

  Dickie of Drain Express did a very complex water main revision for us. He was very amenable to my suggestions regarding how to best accomplish this,, and took great care in limiting disruption to our property and our lives. Price was as predicted, in spite of a tremendous amount of work and uncertainty about how things would work in real life. Dickie is a pleasure to work with, and he is now my plumber of choice. I give him my highest recommendation.

  I had my main water shut off valve fail on a weekend afternoon with three kids and three pets in the house! My husband was repairing a minor leak in the kid’s bathroom and once the water was shut off to complete the repair, it wouldn’t come back on. Needless to say, Drain Express was extremely responsive, and sent someone out within the hour! On a Sunday! The technician that responded was polite, professional and worked quickly to restore our valve. I am impressed and very pleased with the quality of work and responsiveness I received from this company. I would definitely recommend anyone else needing some repairs done (emergency or not) to use Drain Express. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
