Hi Tyrone, that’s a good question. Since this is a 55+ seniors community the leaseholder does need to be 55+. The only exception is in the case of a married couple. Then only one needs to be 55+.

UPDATE:
Was approved for apartment and looking forward to not moving again at this stage of my life.
Met Mrs.Bell the community manager and found her to be experienced, knowledgeable and very supportive of the residents and their concerns…. which is a RARE quality nowadays.
As before……. I look forward to calling Starling my forever home!
Applied for an apartment here Monday and was greeted with professionalism. The apartment that I was shown is PERFECT for me ( or any senior)
I’m looking forward to moving into my forever home and meeting new people.

THE FINAL EMANCIPATION (Noni Lovechild)
I relocated from Michigan and the staff made the process super easy. All I had to do when I arrived was sign the lease. I hadn't seen the apartment I was assigned until my move in date after a long drive from Michigan. I didn't love the location of the apartment. Leasing Agent Danielle was very helpful and explained how I felt to her manager Manager Ms. Bell. Even when I reluctantly said I'll accept the one assigned, They wanted me to be happy so they founded me another unit and I love it. This is the perfect place for seniors. They have several activities every month like craft, painting and Mother's Day Luncheon. The office staff is very professional under pressure.

I recently renewed my lease. Due to the outstanding service I've received. The management staff Mrs. Valerie Ricks- Bell is a joy to work with. Her staff Ashley, and Autumn are willing to help, and correct any concerns. Mrs. Bell always professional, and pleasant with her demeanor! Living here I feel safe, comfortable, and love my landscaping. My apartment is the best I've ever had thus far..
